    Wow I hope they become friends again.I have never seen Snape show emotion.I realllllllllllly hope every thing works out,Dumbledor found,Snape and Harry friends,Umbridge fired I give it a10

    Author's Response: Thanks very much! Snape does lose control on occasion, though he is a master at suppressing emotions, he has to be in order to survive His Darkness.  Dumbledore will return eventually and Sev and Harry should mend their differences and Umbridge will get hers, trust me!

    Author's Response: Thank you! Glad you liked that part, I had to come up with something that would cause harry to spontaneously transform since he didn't know how consciously.

    Aw, this made me want to cry. Poor Harry, and poor Severus too. I really hope they can work it out between them without anything too drastic happening (!) I'm curious about how Hermione and Ron will react now that Harry's back - what Harry will tell them and, more importantly, how Harry and Severus will react to each other in public. Thanks so much for updating so quickly!

    Author's Response: I know, I was nearly crying myself writing this.  I hate torturing them, but unfortunately they must go through this before mending their friendship, because then it will be stronger.  Hope that makes sense. You'll see Ron and Mione's reaction enxt chapter as well as the way Haryr and Sev behave towards each other.

    I have to admit that actually went a little smoother than I had dreaded. Still bad, but at least Sev let him speak a little.

    Oh, the poor guys. This line kicked me in the gut - "But Snape's words cut him sharply, lashing his fragile self-esteem like a whip."

    And now he has to go to Gryffie tower and see his friends while he's still reeling from that encounter? Yikes.

    yes, Sev did manage to control himself that much at least.  But not enough to avoid hurting the poor kid with his sharp tongue.

    But then that's why his temper is Severus's greatest bane, because of the things he does when he's angry.

    Poor Harry! Poor Sev too!

    Yes, he'll go to the tower now and you can see what happens after it, plus Umbridge's detention.

    Awww, poor Harry, and poor Snape!! I feel the need to give them both hugs! and then beat them! And I also feel a strong urge to sic a mob with torches and pitch forks after toady! Wonderful chapter, I can't wait to see if Harry and Sev make nice!

    Funny, that was MY reaction too! LOL! yes, I want to do that too.  Or how about a mob of birds?? Oooh . . .maybe that's how I'll finish her off!!

    awww. this chapter almost made me cry! I hope things will change soon. Though someone seriously needs to do something about that toad! Can't wait till the next chappie comes out! ^__^

    It's one of my favourite chapters so far ! I really loved Harry and Snape's confrontation, and how Severus falls back into his old pattern of behaviour (and he actually hurts himself as much as Harry).
    I also loved the reference to canon : Snape throws a jar of cockroaches after the pensive incident in OotP, and he trows it here too...

    Author's Response: Yes, sadly Sev has gone backwards a bit with his temper and he does hurt himself dreadfully.  Yes, I really liked that part in canon, which is why I had him do it here too, but thankfully not at poor Harry.

    aw that was so sad and emotional!! i loved it!!!! well done. the angst was very open and honest! u wrote the moment between sev and harry perfectly! cant wait til the next chapter
