Reviews For Broken Wings
Feel better soon! Author's Response: Thank you! I really liked writing that part, it made me smile. They bicker so well!
Author's Response: Thanks. I was resting mostly all day and am starting to recover. Hope the next chapter is worth the wait.
Oh well. This was wonderful and I'm looking forward to your next update. V. Author's Response: They could indeed and I'm so glad you liked this! And they may yet, once they both get over the shock that they were A) in the same room with each other without having a fight and B) actually like the other when they aren't fighting.
I really like the banter between Harry/Hawk and Snape. Maybe Harry can show him the animagus book and he can become an unregistered one as well. LOL I meant to mention last chapter but forgot, I believe you made some interesting (and fun) choices in punishment for the three snakes. Author's Response: Yes, he could, once he remembers who is, Snape gets over the heart attack he's going to have, and they locate the book in the library. And then Severus could become a falcon or something too. Glad you liked the punishments I gave Draco and co, it was fun dishing them up.
I hope you feel better soon! Author's Response: So do I, believe me! I picked this up at work, and it nailed me all of a sudden. I mean, i was fine, came home, thought about eating dinner, and got sick like that. And then I got a call from work todays asking me if I could come in tomorrow to do story time with some underpriveleged autistic kids and I couldn't cause I'm still sick. I felt really bad since I did it last year, but there was no way I wanted to go in and get those kids sick, and two other people were sick too. Anyway, I'm glad you like Wings, I wasn't too sure myself when I started posting it, but it grabbed me and now it won't let me go. And so, here it is.
I must confess that although I have read all of your work, which I thouroughly enjoyed, I have never written a review. However, this beautiful story has compelled me to write and let you know how wonderful it is. I haven't been moved by a fanfic this much in years. I can't wait for the next chapter! You are one of the few authors that updates frequently and I'm very, VERY glad about that. I just wanted to tell you to keep up the good work, and to let you know how much it is appreciated. I always read your work when I'm in need of a little boost. Thanks Sincerely, Bookgirl bookgirl711@yahoo.com Author's Response: Thanks so much! I feel very honored and you made my day, since I am still sick and feeling rather blah about now! I hope you like this next chapter, I wrote it before I got sick, mostly.
Author's Response: Thanks, I wrote the next one just before I got this awful virus, well except for the last part, and I hope you enjoy it as well.
Anyway, your preview for the next chapter has me interested--please update soon! -P.G. -P.G. Author's Response: It might seem as though he goes easier on his House in public, but in private I see him as being very strict and not allowing them to get away with anything. And what those three did was just plain wrong, not to mention it was done to him, and he is quite angry over the fact that not only did they steal stuff and break his privacy and hurt his familiar for no apparent reason, they did it to HIM. So he's not inclined to giving them any leniency. Plus, he could have been a real bugger and let the other Houses know about Draco serving as a house elf and watching the Gryffs humiliate him. I think that would have really depressed Malfoy. Anyway, here's the next chappie!
Author's Response: Thanks and you can see more of it now as I have just posted the next part!
Author's Response: Great, that makes me feel so good! I too always thought Hagrid was more than just a dimwitted gamekeeper with lots of pet monsters. After all, he was a wizard too. Hope you like the next chapter! |
