    Eeesh... so many pleasant creatures in Winter, aren't there? Nasty little cat-beasts. And I like cats!

    Great chapter - even if it ends in a wicked cliffhanger. (I guess being behind in my reading has an advantage, after all...)

    Yay! Wonderful, loyal Cafall! Sneaky, strategizing Draco! And-- oooh!-- the mysterious, dare-I-predict manipulative Baba Yaga (whom I'd never heard of before reading your story)! I love the way she addresses Cafall as "Puppy"! Well, this chapter certainly ended on a less drastic note than the previous one, but now I really have to WAIT till the next update-- hope it'll be SOON! I'm lovin' it! ;-D

    Author's Response: I'll try and hurry then.  You'll see how Baba Yaga helps Sev and Sarai for a price, of course . . .next chapter.  And how Nesmay reacts when she discovers who Jarillion's new apprentices are.  Onr thing I will tell you . . .Jarillion is going to be in soo much trouble once those three come knocking on the palace door.

    Oh, MY! Lots of slam-bang action throughout this entire chapter! They never get a break! (Unless they're sheltering from a blizzard...) You've got quite a gift for writing exciting action scenes-- I feel exhausted after just READING about Sev and Sarai's adventures! Can't wait to read the next chapter-- NICELY DONE!
