    Wow what a punishment. I can't believe Severus left them in the jail cell. Stupid Krum. I'm glad everything is forgiven. Awesome chapter. :)

    Author's Response: Yeah well he really wanted to impress upon them to behave and NOT get into trouble, especially in public. I know a few people whoactually had that done to them and it really works! And I wrote the Yule Ball chapter soon after this one and that one is happier!

    I will have to reread the whole story sometime, I completely forgot about Duncan. Cannot remember still. Anyway. Nice chapter! I wonder if Harry will be so generous as to ask Duncan for help for Cedric. Mila

    Author's Response: Did you read Prince Manor: Bubble Bubble? That's where Duncan is first introduced. It's a separate short story I wrote for the Halloween fest. Duncan is the kelpie who steals away Katie. Well, the kelpie can choose to help who he wants, but I think Cedric has a few tricks up his sleev as well.

    this was a really good chapter altho im confused...did i miss harry propose to katie? i dont remember reading that. if they are engaged arent they abit young, well harry anyway? hes only 14.....

    but i am still in love with this chapter

    Author's Response: No, they never formally proposed, not unless you count rescuing her from Duncan on Halloween as a proposal.  They'll have an actual proposal sometime later probably around sixth or seventh year. But they are deeply in love with each other, nonetheless.

    Loved it! I wish I could have attended the ball. I hope that Duncan and Luna end up together. They seem to be perfect for each other. I loved the descriptions of he dance and the clothes and could easily envision everything as I read. Again, Bravissimi!

    I enjoyed this chapter; I liked how you incorporated a little bit of everything from angst to romance. I was a little insulted over Dudley wanting to be a horse but I can see that he's really trying; still, he's one horse I don't think I'd go near. Any why'd you choose a beautiful horse for /him/? Now, I could see him as a rhino - and that's not an insult! I like rhinos. I actually think it fits him seeing as how tough he is and how hot-tempered he is.

    I really liked the surprise twist with Sarai showing up. As I mentioned, I think she is my favourite female character you have created. I like her personality and how she showed up Karkaroff.

    One thing that took me by surprise was the fact that Philip and Julie weren't there. I suppose I'm just more excited for the next update when Harry and his family finally meet her. Plus, the twins will certainly be a handful and an absolute delight to read about.

    I suppose I can admit that the next chapter is the one I'm most looking forward to - more so than the actual creation of this story.

    Speaking of which... I must go and write Chapter 4 of Dark Legend and Chapter 1 of Moon Called.

    I really like Duncan. I think he is truly a magnificent character and I'd love to know more about him. You could actually turn it into an original story without featuring Harry Potter. You should think about it; there's great potential with that kelpie.

    Luna was a brilliant twist for a woman to match with Duncan. You changed her personality slightly and I liked that; when you described her dress, I turned green with envy. Not even my prom dress was that gorgeous!

    Well, this is a nice, long review.

    Great chapter! It's been a while since I reviewed, but you're still the best! I am particularly glad Sarai is home for the holidays. I know Sev must've missed her, I know I did!

    Sev missed her so much and she'll be around for a couple more chapters before the second task.

    Aw, I was so happy for Severus, and you described everyone's attire so beautifully, especially the girls, and Sarai's dress.

    What a lovely reunion between Sari and Severus. It's a shame they couldn't be together more often.

    Lovely chappie Snapegirl. I'm anxious to see what happens next in the tournament for poor Harry.

    Oh my goshies! loved this chapter so much! Luna is perfect for Duncan and having Sarai turn up for Severus just made it fantastic, especially her turning up just as Karkaroff said that to Sev :) Its been so long since I read GOF (not my fave for some reason) I actually thought that the ball was on christmas eve lol, maybe thats in the film :D

    Author's Response: Thanks! And in the book the ball was on Christmas day.  Yeah i wanted to surprise Severus and he really was surprised. I loved it when Duncan escorted Luna into the hall, it really made all those nasty girls sit up and take notice. I'll be doing a few more scenes with those two later on.
