Do continue! It's absolutely brilliant. Your writing is so poetic. And I love the part about Ron almost being put in Ravenclaw! You definitely need to continue to explain why Ron needed the library and Snape.

I really like your Ron. I always thought that anyone who played chess that well had to be smarter than he is often given credit for. His thoughts made me laugh because I'm sure Ron does think of those things (especially Hermione's butt). As for continuing - I hope you do. I want to find out what happened between Snape and Umbridge.
I liked the opening. It was a nice way for Snape to get involved and seemed like the type of conversation he and Minerva would have. Umbridge is in for it now. I wouldn't want a furious Snape after me.
