Reviews For Alea Iacta Est
Author's Response: I don't think Severus will tell Harry right away, though I think he'll end up telling Harry faster than he'd like after quite an interesting Order meeting...
But how sad for Sev! That line with the, "he got the girl, I got her cat," was so sad, but brilliant! I don't know why exactly, but I love it. There's just something about that that I find perfect! Very, very good! :D And poor Harry thinks he killed Sirius and that's why he has cancer. Poor kid! It's like he believes he caused the wrath of God or something. That struck me too. I wanted to cry. But Flurry was great! XD The little "monster" seems to be what everyone wants! Lily had wanted her, Snape still wants her, and Harry now wants her. Too cute! How are they going to draw up the custody papers on this one? lol And now Harry has to wait...I HATE waiting! It drives me nuts! But usually when I wait, I tend to think up ideas for my stories, and then I want to write them down, and then everyone stares at me oddly because I pull out this little notebook and pencil. But Harry can't do that! Poor kid! Well, I REALLY wanna keep reading, but I have some stuff that simply MUST *rolls eyes* be done. But I still want that snowcone. I know it's getting colder, but I just REALLY love snowcones! ^-^ I NEVER pass'em up! I'll read later! Author's Response: That chapter was kinda the real start to what happens in the chapter you're off reading right now. (chapter 15). The first cracks were starting to show. Yay, you loved the Flurry bit. I had fun with that. I have no idea where I came up with "he got the girl, I got her cat," but it was like one of those things that just pop into your head, and I totally had to use it. I don't think custody papers for Flurry will be needed... Yes, Harry had to wait a bit, but at least Flurry tried to keep him busy. ;) *sends Ivy her snowcone.* I love them, too.
Author's Response: I'll try to hurry, but this weekend, well today and Saturday are crazy busy for me. Thanks!
Author's Response: Thanks! The next few chapters will feature some drama as more characters make their appearances.
Author's Response: Yep, poor guy gets a sick teenager rather than a newborn, though Sev is pretty much getting as much sleep as if he did have a newborn.
Okay, so poor Harry finds Ron and Hermione know...ouch. >_< I'm not sure I'd like to find out my friends knew I had something before I told them. I like a level playing field...or a playing field where I have the advantage! lol But I would've run away too...but just a thought, where's Harry's 'Gryffindor' courage at the moment? Is it sleeping? Must just be stress from everything. And yay for Snape hugging Harry! ^-^ Very cute, and much needed! But Poppy's not going to have fun any time soon. After Sev's reaction, I'm amazed that she'll like through the rest of the story. >_< Wouldn't wanna be her! AWWW! And Sev let Harry go flying YAY!...or wait, it was JUST because HE wanted to go OUTSIDE to grade. *rolls eyes* sure, Sev, sure. But that was so cute! Ha! Harry basically has Snape wrapped around his finger. Where's the 'big scary Potions Master' now? lol You did well with the emotions in this chapter. I got all nervous in the Great Hall scene. Very good! And you had me grinning stupidly when Harry was flying. I know what you mean about the emotions though- sometimes I don't think I do so well either. Maybe we can take Legilimen classes together? lol Well, I had a LONG day of driving, so I'll read more tomorrow. And thanks for the thanks about 250 reviews (did that make sense???) :D Author's Response: Severus is totally still in denial and of course it would be totally natural for him to want to go outside to grade. *snickers* Poor Harry indeed. I think his Gryffindor courage is in hiding. He's going through a lot and mentally he's a bit unstable at the moment. It's only a matter of time before it's all too much for him... Yay, I'll likely have more reviews from you when I wake up in the morning *cough afternoon cough* Also, you're welcome for the shout-out.
Author's Response: Severus says he was never with Lily... ;) I'm sure the answers Severus seeks will prove to be quite interesting.
Author's Response: Yay, I love the word amazing. ;) The next few chapters should be interesting with the new information and Severus seeking answers, not to mention that Order meeting...
Author's Response: Thanks! We'll see a lot more of him next chapter.
Author's Response: Thanks! Yes, the summary does make a lot more sense now. ;) There were subtle clues along the way that if you go back you should be able to pick them up now. As far as Harry goes, I'm sure Severus will wait until Harry can handle the new information. |
