Reviews For Alea Iacta Est
"He poked the Cupid's left eye with his finger." haha I wonder how he felt doing that :P Author's Response: LOL. You'll just have to wait and see which book it was... I'm glad you pointed that part out. It was symbolic since Cupid symbolizes love, and so Sev poking Cupid's eye kinda shows what he thinks of love. Thanks!
I think Harry wanted to read ... Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows haha not really um... Lord of the Rings I guess. I'm a Slytherin by the way. Author's Response: 5 points to Slytherin! I'm sure Harry would want to read DH. That would definitely explain why he kept eyeing it. :P Welcome to my little corner of P&S. I'm happy to hear you love my story.
I'm not sure what book Harry's eyeing, but I think it's 'The Oddessy'. I'm not really sure of a house and I'm just guessing. I can't wait to read your repsonse to the prompt fest. I'm looking forward to writing and reading to! Great Chapter! Author's Response: "The Odyssey" is a good guess and quite appropriate, but wrong part of the alphabet, author wise. I'm happy to hear you loved this chapter. It had a bit of everything before Harry's health heads downhill because of the chemo. I'm excited to start my fest fic. It's a lot happier than this fic, and I'm actually thinking of writing it in first person which is something I haven't done in a long time, so that should be fun and different for me.
Author's Response: I'll give you three points for getting the author, but not specifying the book. Congrats on the first house points awarded to someone on P&S!
Very clever of McGonagall to talk to Flurry. I liked that. Keep up the good work! Author's Response: Thanks! The scene with Minerva and Flurry was super fun to write. I've had it in my head for a while and couldn't wait to get to it. Snape's book isn't that surprising, but you're right on it being very different than what Harry originally assumed.
Author's Response: Thanks. A great idea, but it's a book Severus could actually read.
Author's Response: Thanks! LOL I wish I could see that odd scene that's in your head. Beddle the Bard is super skinny, so it's definitely not that. Think Muggle.
Great chappie as usual. I just loved that little conversation that Minerva had with Flurry, that was adorable. Author's Response: Thanks! I had fun writing that chat with Minerva and Flurry. If I could draw, I'd so do some fanart for it.
not big on football american or other erg soccer....:) My dad likes 49ers my uncle like the Raiders. Me? I like Silver and Green for Slytherin! hahaha lol! I think I'm dreading seeing Harry more sick :( but then I can't wait >_< What happens at reviewer number 200? I think I'm 201 XD Author's Response: Yay, someone else likes Sev's reflexes. ;) I know it's a toss-up with Harry getting sicker. At times I can't wait to write it, and other times I dread it because it's going to be depressing. I'm not sure what'll happen to reviewer number 200. lol. She'll definitely get a shout-out next chapter. Any suggestions? Not a football fan? That's totally understandable, but you can totally have silver and green for Slytherin. Just don't asks for snakes to go with them. I'm absolutely terrified of snakes.
Author's Response: You are number 200! Congrats! I hope your Grandma is doing well. We had my grandparents live with us for about a year a couple of years ago, and I know how that can be. I'm super happy to hear my story is exact in its description. I've tried as hard as I can to keep it accurate, though being in the wizarding world I get to afford myself a little leeway. It's great that the girl with ALL is doing well, and wow that must've been hard to lose a friend/college roommate like that. Maroon and orange pom-pons for you. ;) |
