Great chapter! It's about time almighty Dumbledore got called on for what happened to Harry all those years at the Dursleys. I can't wait to see what happens during the attack on Voldie and his merry men. This is an amazing story! Thanks for updating.

As for the name: I like 1. Night Mist, 2. Nightblaze =o) or Month's Shadow - but it isn't in proposal =o)

I can't wait to see what happens next.
I liked Dumbledore getting a little bit of his comeuppance for what happened to Harry.
I believe that Dumbledore couldn't have cared and had that much interest and hope in Harry, and then ignore him for ten years. He had to know that Harry wasn't loved in the Dursley household.
But I loved your chapter, and I am constantly checking to see if you have updated your story. ;-}
And I can't wait to see what happens with Hermione's family. (Personally I think that she and Draco should be siblings) ;-}
