Aw! That's sweet! I mean, not the fact that Harry was hurt, but the way Severus had tended to him, in his own brisk way. I'm reading a bit of concern(*gasp*) from Snape under your words though. ^^
So, the words Snape had thrown to Harry last chapter had hurt him as much as it's hurting Harry. I guess maybe that's what's needed for Harry to start thinking, though i'd prefer it if the words didn't bring so much guilt. But i guess that's what Snape would say. Very typical.
Another fabulous chapter. Good work! Update soon!
I think Lily knew exactly what she was doing naming Snape guardian. He seems to be exactly what Harry needs. Now if they can just overcome Harry's distrust, things will probably go a lot smoother for both of them. Great chapter!
I think that this story is great. But the first part of this chapter... I don't know... Snape don't trust Harry, but he expect Harry to trust him AND make himself trustworthy, while Harry don't trust any adult, with good reason - He was hurt by them his whole life. Snape can't just make Harry respect him by telling him he should have respect and gratitude for his elders. After 5 years making hell of his life, he bought a few clothes but he still have a grudge for Harry coz he looks like his father. And he still hurts Harry ( how many people have to die). Why he expect to be respected while he don't respect? Besides I think that he underestimates Harry. He is not child anymore. He should have something to say in his own life. Sorry for too long and too confused opinion (and for grammatical errors). But if I were Harry, I would be angry and I would feel misunderstood. I would feel like I would be in prison. He has no freedom. He couldn't even go outside. And I really would be surprised that he don't escaped earlier. Any sane person would. Harry is strong wizard. Do Dumbledore and Snape want next Tom Riddle? I think I took it too emotionally. :) I'm waiting for next chapter .

Ouch, that must had hurt! Snape hasn't it easy, has he?
Omg! Poor Harry. I have a feeling that Dursley is going to wish that he was never born, if Snape ever gets his hands on him.
So glad that you've updated. Great chappie
Yes. I loved it. Loved it. Great healing scene. And might we see more? Fantastic. Great job of descriptions and emotions in this chapter. Poor Harry. I hope that he learns his lesson from this. Thanks for the update!

I am really enjoying this story! I think it is a relatively realistic take on the whole guardian thing- and I thank you for making it so. I eagerly await an update.
