So I actually hate the Voldemort from canon but like all of the really good fanfiction Voldemorts. Your VOldemort concept is original. I cannot wait to see how he is discovered. I am also liking how the relationship between Harry and snape developed. I can't wait for your update.

Author's Response: Thanks for reviewing :) I'm glad you think it's an original approach. I've never seen it in another story, but there are so many fanfics floating around, one can never be sure.

It's really scary how powerful your Voldemort is...he is a formidable villain indeed.

I love the relationship between Dumbledore and Severus, and they are planning to help Harry together. And yes, Severus is absolutely right; Harry needs to sleep and rest or else he's going to go insane.

Filius and Minerva are wonderful here, too.

    Looking forward to more!

Author's Response: Thanks :) I'm glad you liked it.

Great update! I'm so impressed with your writing. The plot is complex and intriguing, and the characters' thoughts and emotions are so real.

I loved all the interactions here. It would be good to see Severus and Remus develop a friendship, and of course I love the relationship between Harry and Severus.

I wonder is Harry's Empath abilities are the key to defeating the Indicendi curses.

    I can't wait for more!

oh my goodness :D i finished the previous chapter half an hour ago and i decided to check "recent" JUST IN CASE and ... well ... you are my idol, i swear :D i wish there were more authors like you...and i wish i could write at least half as well as you, or half as fast (hell, sometimes i feel that you write faster than i read...)... well, lovely chapter. I like Severus and Harry getting closer. and i really wish for a happy (if far away) ending for both of them. still, i have to admit that given the context, the sentence "Tom would sooner become a part of the Order than that." really gives me creeps...

    Author's Response:

Your review made me blush. But I don't write that fast. Everything I've written so far, was already written and posted on FFN. Sorry, I thought I mentioned that I'm from FFN. From now on, I'll post chapter for chapter that I'll be writing in the following months, so there will be longer pauses in between updates, especially because lectures started again.

I'm so glad you noticed that sentence :) It came to me in the spur of the moment, but I thought it magnifies the 'scary' because when a man like Dumbledore's clueless... Well...

    Thanks for reviewing:)

You are a brilliant writer, and I can't wait to see more of your twist on Voldie's character.

I'm glad to see that Snape is starting to become very possessive and protective of Harry. I love his expression of jealousy. That was too cute.

I can't wait for the next chappie.

    Author's Response:

Thank you very much for the compliment, Pandora :)

Snape's jealous streak is cute, true, but don't say that out loud! Otherwise you should be very careful with what you drink in the future. He might want to poison you for calling him cute ;)

Wow I loved this i think the fact that Harry does not fear voldemart but also sees him as not as powerful as everyone else thinks in the ends helps save him.

as ofr you story Snape and Harry are indeed both soldiers and sometimes humour is all that is left.

keep up the amazing work can't wait for the next chapter

    Author's Response:

Oh, Harry's terrified of Voldemort, but that's because the horror is very real to him. He knows in detail just how powerful Voldemort is, and that scares the hell out of him. Anyhow, his observations give him insight into Voldemort's mind and actions, so Voldemort's not a symbol to Harry, not something that cannot be touched, so he's able to see weaknesses where others don't. But he fears him.

They are soldiers. I'm glad you noticed that particular sentence :)

    Thanks and it's already up;)

I am enjoying your story. I like the transition Snape is making in his feelings toward Harry. I noticed the misuse of a word in this chapter and I am not sure if it was an accident, but I thought you might want to know about it. You wrote "Seeing Potter shrink a little dishevelled all hope he might have had earlier." Disheveled means to be disorderly or untidy. Perhaps a better word in this case would have been "Seeing Potter shrink a little, evaporated all hope he might have had earlier." just a little constructive criticism. Keep up the good work. I am on to the next chapter now!!

    Author's Response:

Thank you very much for reviewing.

It's not an accident :) I'm not a native speaker, so I sometimes use a dictionary ... And my Italian teacher always said, "Il tradutore è un traditore" (The translator is a traitor), meaning some of the words I use would never be used in that particular context by a native speaker. In this case I can't tell you whether or not I used a dictionary or I simply used the wrong word. Thanks for explaining, though.
