    Great storytelling. A few grammatical/speeling errors:

    The past tense of cast is "cast" not "casted".

    Occlumens not Occlumence.

    Legilimens not Legilimence.

    Oh... Thanks for the correction. That's good to know. It makes sense, but to my eyes it looks strange. Anyhow, I'll change it in future chapters.

    Keep it up. I do mean it that you are one of the longest...well, versed isn't appropriate but I can't think of any other word for it....author I have read. Even if you don't mean it to get that long, the fact is you do. Kudos to all your work :).

    I am enjoying this for the most part. This chapter had quite a few mis-spelled words though.

    well what can i say? a wonderful chapter of a wonderful story and i cant wait for an update... i like that - despite the story leading to Snape becoming a guardian to Harry it is not cliche in the slightest...i wonder (even though i am unsure whether i really want to know) how long do you plan the story to be... i mean...on one hand the (admitedly short) waiting between chapters is killing me...on the other hand i just wish the story would go on and on and on because its simply good reading...10 points from me:)

    As for your question... Had you asked me that question about a month ago, I would have said that it'll be thirty-eight chapters (the splitted ones respectively counting as one chapter), but a subplot came to mind that has already caused me to write an additional chapter, so it'll be longer.... I can't tell you how many words there will be, but chapter-wise we haven't hit half yet.
