Excellent chapter. Really loved it.
I'm glad Snape went in to the toilets and took care of Harry. I imagine Harry was about to go through one of those "now Snape's my guardian and not even he hates me" phases, but at least Snape did show care for Harry. Harry would, I'd assume, have to realize that Snape must have followed him to see how he was doing.
