Very good chapter. Setting the tone just right. I can't wait for Harrys exam!
I am so glad to see Snape taking Harry's possibly abuse seriously. I can only imagine what he would do once he finds out Harry was, indeed, abused.
Great chapter. Keep up the good work.
Oh that's really good, I love your story so much! I'm glad that Severus is on the case now and hopefully will see clues no one else has seen. :-D
I wonder if he'll figure out that Harry is far smarter than he appears to be.
Great chapter

This is getting so good. I wonder what the fall out and long term effects on the wizarding world are going to be in regard to politics.
Ooooh i love this! Can't wait to read more!
Great chapter; I loved the careful, non-leading way Severus questioned Shacklebot.
awww Neville awwww
as for the twins and Hermionie speaking up I am not surprised at all!!!
hopefully the next chapter will be up soon
Oh my! Poor Neville! I really didn't expect that! I certainly hope that Uncle Algie gets the Dementor's Kiss for what he did! You did a good job in explaining Neville being an abused child by describing how his mannerisms and issues with memory and magic could be directly attributed to what Algie did to him.
I find Harry's denial of the fact that he's been abused to be rather realistic, unfortunately. I'm looking forward to seeing just how his screening goes (because I can't see Snape allowing Harry to skiv off until Monday), and what the aftermath of all of this might be.
Good job so far!

Very well-written story. I'm looking forward to more chapters to see how this plays out. Too bad, though, that you had to choose Longbottom to kill. Would have been better to choose some minor character that we hardly knew. (I'm not finding fault, just expressing my preference as a Neville admirer.)
