Reviews For Digging for the Bones
Just wondering. Author's Response: In this case, Poppy wants to keep it to people who already know about Harry's abuse and why the custody changed (and how). So, the Weasleys, Minerva, Remus or Dumbeldore. Dumbldore's busy renewing wards (and Snape is pissed at him right now, anyway). Minerva is quite ill. She is much older than Severus or Poppy and she was hit that much harder by the Tribua spell. Snape doesn't want to live in Molly's front room, so it must be Remus.
Author's Response: You know, the snake is the traditional symbol of the healer. The Cadecaus(I don't remember how to spell it).a the two winged staff that is beringed by serpents is, even in the Muggle world, the symbol of healing.
Just sayin'.
I'm glad that Harry is slowly starting to realize that the Dursley's might not have the same feelings and thoughts about things as "normal" people might. Referring to possibly abused children as though it was their fault and that it was not normal for people to seek help when they need it. The thought of Hermione seeing a psychologist is at least an opening to the possibility of Harry seeing one as well. Especially now!! How horrifying for Snape to have found Harry like that but thank goodness that he did! I wouldn't be at all surprised if he sat by Harry's bedside the rest of the night. Even with a dreamless sleep potion spelled right into his stomach! Anything to make sure he stays safe. So, did Lily wake him up or did he hear Harry kicking the wall?
Snape needs to tell him that he's his father, so Harry knows that he has someone who would miss him should he die. Poor Harry. Great job with the chappie. Can't wait for more. |
