Reviews For Digging for the Bones
Great story.
Ha. I understand about Irene. "She" did a lot of damage where I live in VA. Also the fact that in the same week, just days before she hit we had a earthquake in a town next to mine, and a huge storm that did its own damage. I need to get back writing my own story, "Of Scarlet and Emerald" but I waiting on some info from my step-mom who is a pediatric PT and OT. I've researched it on the internet but lol don't understand it. Well, my birthday is Monday and I took off some time for it so maybe I can work on it then. ANYWAYS, great chapter. Author's Response: I was in Ashburn VA for the earthquake. Decided to come home from vacation early, because I didn't like the look of Irene's storm track. Good thing too, wouldn't have made it home until last week, there were so many roads out in Upstate NY and VT.
I like writing realistic medical stuff...I'd be happy to help you interpret stuff, if you like.
I really like how this plot has originality and that you keep everyone, namely Severus, in character. He's not all hugs and smiles, lol. I of coarse, feel awful for Ginny, Harry and Neville. Abuse and the death of a friend are obviously very hard things to take. I’ll be checking my alerts for updates :)
Ah, I wasn't expecting the house-elf twist. Should be interesting when Severus' figures it out! I love how you show their feelings without spelling it out here: " 'You were friends?' Potter asked. Severus clenched the hand that wasn't holding his teacup. The child dropped his eyes and cringed a little as though he expected to be cuffed. " I wonder how Harry will come to learn of Severus' true feelings. Looking forward to your next update! |
