Oh, yes, I'm sure Snuffles had NO idea who Severus was, lol. I loved that scene and how protective, though misguided, Snuffles was. Of course Severus is doing pretty well in the protective category too. I wonder if those two might actually be able to put aside their differences for Harry's sake one day. Unlikely, but they do both care for him.
Aw, poor Severus...it would have to have been completely embarrassing for him to have to explain all that to the group, and hurtful to deal with Minerva's reaction.
Great chapter! I'm so enjoying the developing relationship between Harry and Severus. I felt so sorry for Harry when he learned how much money the Dursleys had been paid for his care, and to have to face how much they truly despised him. I thought Severus reacted very well when Harry couldn't help but vent a little.

Snape is still so far out of it that he didn't notice how busy Harry's been? That's probably not a good thing.
However, he's still enough like himself to immobilize Harry pretty quickly. Good thing that's all he cast. He'd never forgive himself if it was something worse. Although I can't help but wonder who he thought Harry was at first.

Omg! What's wrong with poor Snape? I'm worried now. This is not good, definitely not good.
Harry is too funny. Snape must really be out of it not to make some snide comment about Harry cleaning up.
Loving this story still. I can't wait for the next chapter.
