Reviews For Digging for the Bones
Author's Response: Oh, you're absolutely right. If one looks at CPR statistics on patients like Ginny: young, otherwise healthy whose hearts stopped due to causes like overdoses on CNS depressants, thats about 25%. If you only count cold water drowning, that's 33%. Warm water drowning is 20%. Etc. One can't pick the kinds of cardiac arrests one is going to witness, hence my 2% quote of counting everyone--old guys go to the pool too and my mom dropped dead on her shift at work. Actually, 2% is a pretty darn big number, if you stop to think about it. It's much better odds than winning the lottery. If everone knew CPR, then there would be a much greater likleyhood that every arrest would be witnessed. CPR is much more effective when it is started within ten minutes off the person's collapse, so EVERYONE, should go and get themselves certified
keep up the amazing work with thsi story
Loving this story still. I just hope that Ginny will be unparalysed soon. Poor girl. Can't wait till the next chappie.
It's interesting to see the different reactions to Tribuo Vita. Look forward to learning more about it! I love this line: Mr. Weasly looked thunderstruck, "I love Muggles." he whispered, fervently. I didn't think he could become any more enthralled with Muggles! Mrs. Weasley's anger was justified, and I've always wondered how Albus can seem so carefree about the children being in contact with the Horcruxes - like sending Harry to hunt them down! - but I do hope Albus doesn't become the bad guy in this story. What a cliffhanger! Can't wait to find out who sent the Patronus (I'm assuming that's what the flash of light was) and why. Keep up the great work!
note to self: never ever piss off Molly Weasley!
Author's Response: Oh dear...Did he...? he is very tired...We'll say it's a slightly AU thing until I talk to my continuity fairy. :-)
