Poor Sev. Such a trying night. He was quite gentle with Ginny. Poor girl. A great chapter!

Rather upsetting but fantastically written and very sensitively presented thank you
...why did Ginny have to stay alive? Im sorry but it sure would have been great if she went to the Afterlife...via an Express train....(or by all the ways Dr. Seuss mentioned in a book) Still this was a good chapter. Please make this a Harmony fic and loads more of Snape! Could you also have Harry start having accidental magic due to his desire of wanting a father-and Snape in the meantime has to react to the accidental magic scenes, and learn that it is Harry who is doing this, and help him learn control, then come to understand why it is happening? It would cause great emotional scenes for both Harry and Snape, plus bring Hermione in as a mediator and get a great relationship arc going between Harry and Hermione!
i am glad that physically Ginny is ok. I think more then just harry has seen another side of Snape
Ah, perhaps Harry (and dare I say, Snuffles?) are beginning to see Snape in a new light. Great chapter! Now, why is Ginny acting so peculiar and dosing herself with the Draught of Peace?
I thought there was something off about Ginny but can't imagine why she'd want to commit suicide...ah well, with Sirius in the picture, the story's turning interesting...update!
Well done! I don't think I've commented on this in a while, but I'm enjoying it very much. You're managing true drama without melodrama, if you know what I mean.
Wow.
I was afraid that Ginny was going to pull something like this. And her referring to Neville as though he had made the same potion numerous times before... that was really eerie.
I half expected Snuffles to reveal himself for a moment but I'm glad that he hasn't. He needs to take care of Scabbers first. Plus, the longer he stays in hiding the more confused he'll be about Snape. *giggles*
You handled two very fragile and touchy subjects quite well, I think. Quite well done.

I think the implication of Snuffles moving forward there is very telling, as though Sirius would be willing to risk his reimprisonment in order to save Ginny's life, if he could help. So much, in so few words.

I'm glad that Ginny is alright now. But what was she thinking? I hope that Professors McGonagall and Snape, as well as Madam Pomfrey, didn't use too much of their life energy. I hope that Harry can see Severus in a new light now and start learning to trust him. What was Sirius about to do when Harry put his hand on the collar?
