    oh wow with their help he might be able to pull this off, but I look forward to seeing how Harry is going to deal with meeting Snape is person to answer Toby's questions.

    Yeah, hopefully. :P. And you're assuming that Harry can't find away around that? He's determined to not meet Snape in person for those questions, in fact he believes at everything counts on that. He's not going to give in that easily, especially not to Snape.

    Loved the scene on the train I could almost feel the sway to train! Ron & Hermione are really IC and I'm looking forward to the next chapter!

    I love this story it is unusual and therefore a challange! Toby is a wonderful creation with enough of Severus to be intriguing but his own person as well thenk you and I hope you update soon

    interesting thus far....i like the concept...but seriously two estranged sons by different mothers....seems Snape needs to man up or keep it in his pants.....

    You, my friend, are my new favorite person. You have parent!Harry bundled up in Snape's kid, PLUS you're actually throwing Snape into the mix. I love this. I can't wait for you to write more. I think, to help with Harry and Toby's problem, you should throw Dobby in there as well. Besides the fact that it's going tobe hard to hide a kid from the houseelves who all report to Dumbledore, because the kid does have to eat, Dobby could possibly devise a way to keep Toby occupied during the day. And I'd love it if you'd keep Hermione and Ron out of the loop, if for no other reason than Hermione is going to be bossy and belligerent and eventually turn him in. I don't see canon Ron being much Help to Harry, either way. Also, I just think Severus finding out that Harry is writing the letters is a bit simple... he could spell a letter with a tracking charm, a spell to change the color of his hands when the student is in Snape's class or close to him or something......another reason I think you should utilize Dobby....but I'm biased. I just love house elves...

    Haha, thank-you and I'm glad to hear it. I sure do, yup. Ooh intrigue, Dobby? Well it just so happens that I am using him for an important aspect later on so you will get to see him from time to time. And yes, house-elves that report to Dumbledore are hard but remember there are ghosts, paintings and many others as well! I don't think Harry quite realizes how Dumbledore "knows everything" hehe. Or how hard this is going to really be.

    As for Ron and Hermione, it's rather unavoidable and yet it's also now how you would expect it. Hermione is an issue I have finally managed to find a way around (yes, she is the sort of person to turn them in for the sake of both), and Ron may surprise you yet, wait and see. He is a big brother, remember and a family person. As for Snape finding out who sends the letters, yes it would be all too easy for him...I'll explain more on that later, such as why he doesn't.

    Great start. The concept is cool and I can't wait to see how Harry intends to hide Toby when they get to Hogwarts. I like the letter at the end and I hope its the beginning of regular correspondence.

    Author's Response: Thanks! I'm happy to hear that and there will certainly be some struggle for Harry to be able to hide Toby AND actually attend school (meals, quidditch, classes etc). The letter shall continue either for the entire year or until something happens to result in their ending (such as some form of discovery etc). You'll have to wait and see.

    I really like the premise of the story. You have some grammatical errors, but the plot is fun and I can't wait to see Harry try to hide a 6 year old.

    Great start! I can't wait for the next chapters. The chapter really developed as you went on. The anonymous letters to Snape is a brilliant idea. Really adds some intrigue to the story.

    Author's Response: Thanks. Pleased to hear it and I hope all of my chapters shall be like that. I too thought the letters was a good tough, also because without them there would be less Snape interaction and it wouldn't work things out too well. It does! Thanks.
