*smile* Loved it. Could you please write more? Though Severus should have been more mature, one can hardly blame him for reacting badly, in canon, to what he perceived as a smart-@ss 11 year old. As a teacher myself, that kind of smarting back to me in the first class would have gotten under my skin too. But in your story, so many differences could result from a small change in the beginning. A sweet, short story that needs following up on.
I loved it. I especially liked the part where Snape was thinking back on when Lily won the potions award and blew him a kiss when she saw him in the crowd. I can just see the look on young Severus' face! Thank you. ;)
