    I like that Severus set an essay for his students in order to get to know them and see what needs have to be met for them. I can't wait to read what happens in the remedial tutoring sessions. Since Harry is a Slytherin, Theodore Nott's essay should read that there are 5 other boys in his dorm. It appears that some of the children do not know how to write an essay.

    Author's Response: Yes, I imagine that quite a few of Snape's new Slytherins haven't had an ideal educational background. I'm not sure about the dorms, actually - the idea was that Draco, Theo, Vince Greg and Harry share a dorm, while Blaise and some other Slyth first-year boys share another. I always imagined there to be several dorms for each year, but maybe I'm mistaken. Thank you very much for sharing your thoughts!

    Loveing this so far I am a huge fan of the idea of a slytherin Harry i think it brings a tottally different tone to a story.

    Can't wait to read more

    Wow, really nice start! Lovely portrait of Harry! I am curious how he experiences everything around him! But more importantly I'm dying to know what Harry's life story is up until now...

    Ohh, well done! This is the first fic of its kind (Slytherin!Harry) which I've read with such enjoyment!

    I like Snape's thought processes; he is neither villyfied by the author (MeanBully!Snape) nor turned into DreamDaddy!Snape, or even worse, in a combination of the two (Mean Bully Snape Who Is Totally Prejudiced And Mean To Poor Angelic Harrykins But Finds Out He Has Been Wrong All This Time, Apologises And Becomes Dream Daddy Snape is my ulitmate pet peeve, since I happen to think that Canon!Snape isn't a mean bully nor do I fin Canon!Harry angelic).

    This Snape is a good Housefather to his Slytherins, observant and a keen judge of character and, unlike any other (canon) teacher, NOT so preoccupied with the bloody Boy Who Lived that he ignores the other students.

    Bravo!

    So good. It's a really in-character depiction so far, which I like, and I like your descriptions of everyone too. Sometimes I skim over long conversation or long descriptions to get to the point, but not in your story. Everything is balanced just right here! Keep it up and looking forward to more!
