Wow! ...... Just Wow! Can't wait for the next chapter!
I do not believe it was overdone at all. It seemed very realistic to me.
Definitely a turning point for Snape, and believably done. Obviously things won't change at once, especially as Harry's feelings towards Snape won't have altered, but it's a promising start. Ian seems to be growing up too, so hopefully he won't be so jealous of any attention Harry gets from Snape now that he has more friends to do things with.

I'm glad you stuck to cannon as I think this is one of the best scenes in the book. I hope we see more of Severus and Harry in the next chapter, thank you for a great chapter

I just love this story! this is awesome! I love how you write your characters, they are very much the same as the characters from JK rowling's book. Anyways, I agree with someone when they said to maybe have harry turn to lupin more than snape because he really has no one to turn to and ask advice from. I also think harry turning to lupin would be very beneficial for him because he would have an adult to look up to. he is used to family members rejecting and abandoning him. so maybe a close relationship with lupin would ease some of his worries and anxieties. i cannot wait to see snape realize what hes done to harry in the past. please update soon:) love you!!!!!!!

I LOVE this story! Thank you for sharing it and for two chapters this week! I like the idea somebody said about Harry turning to Lupin more than Snape or maybe Harry considering choosing someone else as his long term guardian. Not to hurt Snape but because there is no reason at this point, for him to think he is anything but an unwanted burden to his father and I could totally see him trying to free Snape (and Ian) of any obligation. Or you could do like someone else said about Harry getting hurt, kidnapped, or something. It is human nature we don't usually learn the importance of something until it's snatched from our hands. Might be a good wake up call for Snape. It nice that you listen to ideas from reviewers. Still, it is your story and you are doing an awesome job all on your own. I will read and appreciate whatever direction you choose to go. :)

i hope sirius will still accept harry even if he isnt james' biological child. i dont want harry to suffer rejection from sirius. snape's rejection is enough for harry.

i love this story!!!!! please update soon:)
Excellent story! I am enjoying it very much. Snape seems very much in character, as does Harry. It's a relief to read a story in which Harry isn't pathetic and cringing from any sound or touch.
