    It disappoints me that there is so much of Rowling's stuff - we have most of us already read the books, and are looking for something more. This whole chapter, almost, was repeat. It makes things go awfully slowly. But what you do write, is well written and enjoyable. I'll keep reading.

    Yes, I know. It just felt like I needed to use much of her stuff and to put in some of my own changes and things, however minor they are. And taking a jump in time and just skip most of this just felt odd. 

     

    Hopefully there will not be too many chapters like this one. Next chapter will be a lot more of my own writing, I promise!

    Good story. Would love more Snape-Harry interaction, but I suppose I just need to be patient.

    Nice that Lupin calls Harry by his first name. It must be such a relief for Harry to finally have an adult who seems to really see and try to understand him for who he is. It speaks to Lupin's character that Snape being Harry's biological father does not effect his view of Harry as a person. I was glad to see their friendly mentoring relationship. Thanks for the chapter! Can't wait for the next one.

    Ooh, I hope you get your 300! And I hope this one helps to get it for you.

    I wish so much that Snape would just acknowledge Harry as his son, and show some caring...just a little!

    I can't wait to see what happens next and how you adapt your twist to Canon. Great job in keeping Snape in character though.

    poor Harry. snape still doesnt care about him too much.
    i hope unlike the orginal story, sirius will be free.
