interesting start of your story, I hope you will update soon.. moreover, with interesting and probable explanations of Harry's past.
And I hope that Severus will have many to say in future Harry's raising.

I really can't understand why James did this and I'm wondering if dumbledore and lily knew this.
I really hope that Severus wants his son in his life, after all Harry/Alexander is a prodigy in potions and they heave so many things in common.
