Author's Response: My mum grew up in the mountains and on several occassions she took us to a place in the bush that had a water fall and swimming hole.
The angel is a tribute to my mum. When she was first diagnosed with a terminal condition she made all of her daughters and grandchildren a Christmas angel to remember her by.
