I don't think I've ever seen a story where Harry finds out that Snape is his father before he starts Hogwarts. It will be interesting to see how he tries to impress Severus. I imagine he has his potions book memorized. One comment - it should be 'my curiosity was piqued.'
Author's Response: Oops! Right you are. Well, Harry's no Hermione Granger...

Cute story, looking forward to reading the rest. I prefer the stories where Harry finds out Snape is his father when he is young, and not in his teens.
Just thought you should know something weird seems to have happened with the first sentence, like a part is missing or something.
It came at midnight, but Harry hadn't had time to read it until nd to be of the same stiff material that his Hogwarts letter had been made of.
Author's Response: Thank you for letting me know! I've already had to fix a few errors in posting but I think I've fixed it this time. I hope you enjoy the rest of the story!
Interesting story so far. I see you used a bit from the first book, I'm interested in seeing how this story further develops. I hope Snape isn't going to be as mean to Harry as he was in cannon but either way, looking forward to more!
Author's Response: Thank you very much! The story is going to develop within the scope of canon. I hope that'll be okay. Well, Snape did hate Harry's 'father' after all...

Promising start, looking forward to future updates
Author's Response: Thanks! I hope you enjoy the rest of the story
Uwaa! I'm excited for this. It's rare to see the "Lily sends a letter" thing before Harry's teen years. I hope that once Harry tells Snape or the truth comes out, that Snape won't shun him. Maybe Harry's enthusiasm for Potions will be seen by Snape. Keep up the nice writing!
Author's Response: Thank you! I love doing cliched plots and twisting them. All I'm saying is, sometimes I think Snape can't see past the end of his nose.

I love it! Please write more soon :)
Author's Response: Thank you! I've already written a fair bit of it, but what's the fun without the anticipation?
Oh, boy, I do hope Snape won't be too mean to Harry. This looks like a setup for heartbreak. I feel sorry for harry already and he hasn't even met Snape yet
Author's Response: Poor Harry! He has no idea whom he'll be dealing with.

love it!
Author's Response: Thank you!
interesting start. I hope Harry doesn't get his hopes up and then gets them smashed once Severus gives his little speech and tries to embarrass Harry. At least Harry read the book and wants to show his father that he is excited about his class.
Author's Response: Thanks! Knowing Snape, I think the whole situation is fodder for heartbreak
