Hurrah! New chapter! And it was great. I liked Ron's letter, you made me like him and gave him character, which is not easy to do just through one letter. Thank you!
Author's Response: Hi Liza. Thanks so much for leaving your thoughts on the chapter. Great to hear you liked Ron's letter. I actually quite like Ron as a character, so I try to make him human. It really bothers me when authors bash characters, portraying them as all bad, which usually isn't realistic. I am glad you thought the letter showed Ron well!

Thank you for another heartbreaking chapter. If wishes were fishes ... I guess more heartbreak lies down the way for Severus and Daisy?
And his great big plan for Dumbledore ... Poor Sev. Brilliant writing.

I really enjoyed Snape's contemplations and the various interactions in this chapter.

Nice a cliffhanger would be good but in the end harry should get out and snape gets a broken leg
Author's Response: You mean, a cliffhanger at the end of the story, which is to say the prologue I have provided? That isn't the end. That's just a hint at where things will go. Snape breaking his leg? An oddly specific suggestion. The ending is already worked out, so I'm not thinking that's part of the plan. Thanks for the review!

This is the favorite story of all I am currently reading, can't wait for the next chapter! I love the unusual openness of Snape, and how his feelings don't make him mushily OOC, if that makes sense. I look forward to the development of his relationship with Harry!
Author's Response: Hey, Liza! Excellent to hear you are enjoying it! It is a relief to hear you feel Snape isn't too OOC. It's been a challenge, because in the books he is rarely portrayed in emotional settings but in this, I've had to really find a way to portray his emotional difficulties in a realistic way in the context of Snape's character.
