Harry is handling the abandonment well, though Snape could certainly be more compassionate!
Great chapter. Harry was rightfully dazed by the discovery. I wonder why Figg reported that all was well with the Dursleys. All the little details (the figures, house, Knight Bus, outhouse), all enriched the chapter.
I read this story long ago and am back for another read. I love your characterization of Snape and how young Harry is.
