I liked the end. Though I never would have thought of Snape as Santa Claus. The Slytherins' reaction to Harry's situation was neat - I think that was my favorite part of the story.
Good for Harry and the Slytherins. At least they stuck up for Harry even if the Gryffindors wouldn't.

I liked the story very much :) And I like the way, the problems have been solved... It's great that you rebuilt the bridge between Ron and Harry, without breaking the friendship with Slytherins.
And I really like the vision of Severus being Santa :)))
Thanks for a good read. It was rather nice to see a different side to the Slytherins.

Loved it although I think you and Harry were a little too easy on Ron and the Gryffindors! Thank you so much

Loved the way you portrayed the Slytherins! JKR was always too hard on them I thought. Great chapter thank you

Loved this it was so sad but with a lovely ending, thank you so much and I'm looking forward to reading the next two parts!
I like how it ended, and would now like to read a story in which Snape somehow ends up becoming Santa Claus...but, I digress. I do like the idea of Harry standing up for himself, and of helping to bridge gaps between the houses. The contract at the end worked well, because of Harry's trust issues; kids who've been let down so much need something more binding than people's word that something will happen, because people cannot be taken at their word. Nicely done.
This was a lovely addition to the initial chapter. I'm glad that you chose to add it. I like the idea of Harry being brought into the Slytherin fold, and being befriended by them.
