Tear jerker of an ending to this chapter. And damn Dumbledore. The way he is portrayed is fantastic. I've mentioned it before and I will again. You utilize character flaws withou resorting to bashing and there is no mockery of the Dark Lord or his name. You have written an amazing story.
A good wind down chapter after the intensity of the previous ones. Again the little acknowledgements of Harry's physical age have been really well done.
Yup, I do not like Dumbledore. You have swayed me to that position. Even better you did it without bashing. This is definitely one of my favorite things about the story. You don't bash the characters. You use their flaws but you don't bash. And I love Harry's passive aggresive tactics.
Another fine chapter. So far Dumbledore has been mentioned but has not shared a scene with Harry. I'm looking forward to that. The evolution of the relationship between Severus, Sirius and Remus has been very well done.
Definitely leaning towards Harry being physically and emotionally six. A bit sad about Harry and Padfoot but a very realistic reaction. Harry is six and Padfoot would have as tall or possibly taller than Harry. Pad foot would have been easily 2 or 3 times Harry's weight. And Ripper had bit Harry previously. Yeah, no wonder Harry was scared.
