It’s going to be a long year if Harry thinks he can avoid Severus. I think it says a lot about Severus’s character and his personal growth for being there for Harry after that dementor incident. And giving him that dreamless sleep just in case. I expect Severus will take a greater interest in Harry’s wellbeing more often even though Harry tried to push him away. Thanks for updating. I look forward to more!

I thought this was a terrific chapter, from showing Harry’s vulnerability, to the tenderness of Harry and Ron’s friendship, to the charged look that Harry and Snape share at the end. The story is unfolding wonderfully.

Aww, poor Harry. And Snape. They both need to come together, sit down, and have a long talk. Harry has a right to feel so confused and betrayed right now, and Severus has as much right to feel betrayed too. They’ve both been lied to and denied the chance to be a family when they should have been one all along. I look forward to your next chapter.
