I love "Severus buys poor Harry stuff that he needs" chapters. It's always fun to see what Harry gets. That was a busy day - haircut, talk with the teacher, lunch and shopping for furnishings and toys.
Good advice from Carcroft. Harry isn't the only one learning new things this summer.
That was an eye opener for Snape and Harry.
Poor Harry. Snape clearly has no idea how to shepherd a confused child. Of course, the Dursleys' letter didn't help matters.

This is adorable. I really love reading about this little Harry and his kid adventures. He's trying so hard too ;_; I've been so entertained with this and laughed so hard when Severus threw the toys in the fire. I'm still in stitches. Poor kid.
This is the first story I've read where Harry is staying at the castle, and I like seeing how the staff interact with him. In general, I like how you write the staff in your fics. I've been having a lot of fun this week, digging through your fics.
