Dang! Everything bad just happened at once! I feel so bad for poor Harry and Holly. They just lost Iris with no warning and now they have to deal with Snape on top of the war.
I wonder how the handful of former death eaters betraying Voldemprt will effect the war, and if it'll change dynamics of some of the Slytherin students with the rest of Hogwarts.
I'm also curious about the significance of Iris and Tobias's conversation.
Anyway, great update! I'm happy to see the story continue, though this chapter did end on a really sad note.

Wow! A wonderful blend of canon timeline/events and your own universe! I really wish I could give Iris a big hug, for being there for Harry, time and time again. And Dudley--I'm eager to see if he continues to change for the better, or whether his behavior toward Harry is a temporary anomaly. And little Holly, holding Harry's arm "hostage"! Your details make the story glow with life!

Very good chapter and a wonderful way to show the truth about “Iris” and Holly. I love the two ladies having a go about the Dursley’s thank you for updating
I loved the chapter, it was worth waiting for each day. How many twists: I thought Lucius Malfoy was Oma's son, but it's Snape and Jasmine isn't her daughter, that was amazing. I think what Oma has is cancer. Hope you update soon, from your favorite brazilian fan
I'm really liking this so far! Half terrified of Snape's reaction when he finds out about Holly. Things are going to go up in flames for sure!
This is so good - the calm pacing that still somehow moves quickly, the depth of feeling between the characters, the way this storyline still follows canon in its own believable way. This is so well done, and I’m so looking forward to the chapters ahead!
Amazing start to the story! I found myself fully immersed in the world you’ve built. I love the way you’ve developed the relationships between Harry, Holly, and Iris. What an amazingly rich first chapter.
