I've loved thos story from the beginning and looking forward to more! Do wish we had Severus thoughts and feelings about those hugs though Author's Response: Book 2 picks up just about a week after book 1 ends. At this point near the end of book 1, Harry and Snape have finally cleared all the bad air out between them, and can potentially start to have good feelings towards each other. Snape really doesn't know what to think about things so far, but we will see more of his thoughts on everything that's gone on to this point, and will go on in book 2.

That was epic as far as potions accidents go. I'm glad Snape was just like, accidents happen, because they do. But damn that was insane. I can only imagine the panic because of how young Harry is and that Snape had guardianship over him. Snape gets so many points for acting under pressure. Oh, and I liked what Snape had to say about making sure to always have someone there worth you for dangerous potions. Smart.
AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!! I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS CHAPTER! HARRY POTTER! BEST POTIONS STUDENT! YES! YES! YES! AHHHH! ? Harry doing the substitution was such a flex and omg Snape giving him another test was so dope. I am enjoying this dynamic like none other. Snape is giving off such amazing teacher vibes. Look at him! Teaching his apprentice through experience and Harry rising to the challenge. So satisfying! Also Harry teaching the others everything he's learned from Snape is peak adorable. I am just over here geinning like an idiot. I need to know what Snape's feelings and thoughts are hearing his hated apprentice succeed and exceed expectations. What a good story! I love it! ?
?????? Wow I can NOT end on that for the night. What an absolute gut punch that end was. Oof. I'm reeling over here. I need to lie down. Oh my gosh poor Harry. If he didn't get triggered in some way I'd be surprised. Poor kid.
Reunited atll last!!! I never realize I miss Hermione snd Ron in Severitus fics until they show up. I really liked that Severus reflected on Harry being overworked. That was suprisingly sweet and thoughtful but still totally in character.
Grrrrr Umbridge *grinds teeth aggressively* (I forgot this was gonna be a fifth year fic lol. I'm ready now.) Aww geez I love when Harry gets his prescription fixed. I wonder what Severus is doing with all these little bits of information. I know he's biased, but common my guy, you gotta be putting these pieces together. I'm so glad Harry got a bit of rest and that Severus cared enough to take him to Madam Pomfrey. Also for the record, I am loving the little tidbits and special rules about apprenticeships. It's all so onteresting to me. Man so much happened in this chapter! Ahhh! |
