    By Merlin, this was one of the most anti-climatic endings I've ever read. That potion-spell Voldemort threw...at Harry's feet, and then I pictured Snape and Harry standing awkwardly in front of and behind a charred body, waiting for Dumbledore. Followed by a talk on - of all things - "my NEWT's tomorrow, professor."

    You didn't write it is a crackfic, I know, but that had me laughing. XD

    Awwwwwww. That is so SAD.... poor Harry!!! Aww, I don't even know what else to say about this chapter. The little girl gets cared after by Snape and not even Harry. Sniff.

    Hi. I have a funny feeling I've read this before, but whatever - clearly it's good. I like the way Snape and Harry don't get all bonded at the end - it's more realistic.

    I like the choice of words you keep using: like, 'but when he did Gryffindor’s standing dropped rather significantly.'
    And the idea of Harry seeing Snape being caring was a good one.

    I love the humour with Snape too - the potter dummies for instance.
