However, considering their relationship at the moment, if I were to act on your suggestion, I’d do it later on. Perhaps when Snape has truly come to understand who Harry is. That way, if Harry were to take such an action, it could unsettle Snape and make him try to push Harry away, fearing what Harry might be seeking from him—like a parental figure or something similar.
