I appreciate the way Severus speaks to Harry. He doesn't talk down to him. Sometimes he actually needs to be reminded that Harry is actually a small child. I'm glad that he's going to help with the nativity play. I wish he hadn't made it seem like such a burden though. I'm looking forward to any Snape and Snowdrop interactions. Ironically, Snape is the best to handle her. He knows what it's like to be abandoned by a parent and to lash out. Additionally, his experience as a teacher also means he knows how to manage behavior. I still think Ms Tibbons is after Snape. We'll see what happens. 

They handled that very well. I like how Snape reassured Harry about his hosting skills. I actually like Ms Plunkett quite a bit. Ongoing visits with Child Welfare might be stressful for them, but maybe it will foster some good conversations about Harry's place in the family. Obviously having Harry's face plastered around everywhere is going to cause some problems. I am very glad that Tobias is in AA. He needs to be sober to be living in that house.

I think Curry will be good for Harry. I also think Curry better learn to behave before Severus completely loses it. For real though- if Harry won't go to Severus for an anxiety attack then a dog could prove useful.

Lovely chapter, I love Tobias and you are doing his way of speaking so well. A long time ago I was brought up in the North West of England and although not Cumbrian I can get most of what he is saying. You describe the bleak run down towns so well, but it is also beautiful up there with the hills and lakes, perhaps Harry can see some of that beauty beyond Cokeworth. Thank you for updating.
