Summary: Dudley ends up coming to Hogwarts. You choose why. Show how it affects Harry and his relationships.

Ideas for a few things that might have brought Dudley:

- Dudley's there to keep him safe from something or someone.
- Dudley is actually magic too. Did he start out going with Harry in year 1 or did he come in a later year?
- Dudley is allowed to visit Harry for some reason.
- Dudley and Harry are both in the custody of someone that lives at Hogwarts so Hogwarts is their full time home.

Potential questions to think about:

- If Dudley ends up going to school, which house does he really belong in?
- Is Dudley the canon Dudley or is he different somehow?
- If Dudley is Muggle but staying at Hogwarts for an extended period of time, what does that look like for him on a daily basis and who are his friends?

Summary: Instead of going to Dumbledore when Lily is threatened, Snape goes to the Auror department (not to the head of the department, Crouch, someone else he knows and can trust, up to you) to protect the Potters. They also ask him to spy, essentially making him a magical 007, highly classified, and start a magical black ops department (MI7?). When the war is finished, they blackmail him (OR stop him from committing suicide by giving him a purpose to keep another dark lord from rising, OR make it a condition of his staying out of prison - your choice) into staying on, putting him into his own "CSI" like department. In this department he frequently interacts with the Muggle side of the law, assisting them in "weird" (according to Scotland Yard) crimes using his unique set of skills in potioneering, spell creation, dark arts, and spying. As part of his liaison work, he frequently gets pulled into accidental magic cases of muggle-born children that are being abused. Kids whose magic defends themselves in 'interesting' ways. This part of his work brings him into contact with Harry when his accidental magic defends him. Now he hasn't been working with Dumbledore at all, hasn't been sworn to protect Harry, and hasn't been told that Harry has been pampered for years. How does he react? How does he handle the case? I'm envisioning a story primarily from Snape's point of view, maybe in a gritty cop-type story/film noir feel with a dash of spy drama thrown in at the beginning and throughout. Does he continue to spy after the war? If your story goes on long enough, does he go back to spying? How does the liaison position work, is he great at blending into the muggle world as well? Does he spy for the Muggle Government as well? The world is wide open, have fun.

Summary: What if (1) James potter already had the stone, cloak and wand-- he's already the master of death (2) voldemort goes after them to get the hallows, not because of the prophecy (3) lily dies but james and harry survive And (4) james potter didn't trust the manipulative old headmaster dumbledore with the twinkly eyes who keeps trying to borrow his cloak (thank merlin the wand was a family secret!) Questions to consider: (1) does james still fight with the order now that lily is dead? (2) why couldn't james save lily too? (3) is snape still a spy or full on death eater? (4) what lengths is Dumbledores willing to go to to get his hands on the hallows? *Must feature child harry for at least one or two chapters!*

Summary: Probably only a oneshot.....maybe a comedy .... The daily prophet makes a list of the most powerful wizards and witches of the last millennium. My only desire is that the people below be definitely on the list AND the list has to be based on some actual magical ability test. 🤷Maybe skeeter sneaked around and read their auras or something I don't know what kind of testing it would be, I'd just prefer if the list has some basis in fact. 👌Must include: Harry, Snape, Dumbledore... 🤔Maybe include: the other professors, Grindelwald, Voldemort, Fudge.....

Summary: Sometime during Harry's childhood before Hogwarts, say between the ages of 5 and 9 or 10 Harry is given a full day's dose of Felix Felicis. Up to you how it was slipped to him but my suggestion would be from one of the people that thanks him when he is out and about with Petunia. Not being told about 'stranger danger' from Petunia, he drinks the potion (or there could be a compulsion on the bottle?). Regardless of how he ends up getting the dose, he ends up having an amazingly lucky 24 hours that in some manner ends with him in Snape's care. Be creative, what lucky and amazing things happen for Harry? Does the school recognize that Harry is being abused? Does something happen to Vernon? Does Dudley get punished? What would the Harry of x age consider lucky? Because a Harry of 5 would consider different things lucky thank a Harry of 9. Could be one shot or short multi chapter. Be sure to think everything through, everything after the potion has to be considered lucky. How does Harry get from point A (taking the potion) to Point B (Snape's care) with only lucky stops on the way. Remember how the potion made Harry feel in the books. This is cross posted on Discord.
