I don't know about this... I don't know if you were going for a heartwarming fic where Sev takes care of Harry when he was sick as a child... but there is nothing heartwarming about this at all. For a second, maybe and overly optimistic reader could delude his/herself that it could be, but this is just cruel. Sev saw how Harry was being kept in a cupboard, not getting treatment for something severe as pneumonia, and I can only imagine how malnourished and beaten down Harry must look, and instead of taking Harry away from such a clearly horrific environment, he Obliviates him! Even if it were the Dursleys (and indirectly Dumbledore's clearly dubious machinations) who are the clear monsters here to do this to a child... Sev is just as bad for turning a blind eye to it all. It's not as if he's omniscient and could watch over Harry 24/7... I'm just so disappointed at your version of Severus Snape.
The writing style itself was good. I just wanted to voice my absolutely disgust at the character's choices. (As you can see, I get emotionally invested all too easily when reading. 😳) I'm giving this an 8 for the writing. But a 1 for Sev's half-assed actions and abominable irresponsibility.
I'm sad now...ooh I hate the stories like this..the little fluff.and then Harry is obliviated. >.
A warm and fuzzy story, even if Severus did seem out of character.
this was amazing! i loved it!
Love it. I wonder how many times Snape came to Harry's aid.
Aw...that was cute, yet somewhat sad and bittersweet. I like how Snape neither denies or says that he's Harry's father. I do wish he had taken him away though. Sad, but I'm sure he had his reasons. Anyways, great fic!

Sucks. *pouts* Snape should have taken him from there.....Or at least let him remember..... Really good though, well done!!
