Ha! I like Severus, but in this story he is a bit of a hypocrite! He has been abusing his students for years! And for kids often mental abuse is worse than physical one.... I like your story, though. It´s nicely written. I hope Harry ends up with Sev during holidays.
Author's Response: Yes, he is. If you ask him, he will say that he's simply preparing them for an unfair world. He will also tell you that he thought that Harry, as a spoilt brat, needed to learn that the world didn't revolve around him and his fame. He will also tell you that he doesn't believe in coddling people and he is trying to convince children that brewing is both serious buisness and sometimes dangerous. However, I do agree that Severus takes things a bit too far... especially with Harry and Neville.

I like your AU. You've taken the basic plot lines and tweaked them to fit the parameters of your new characters. I kinda like the 'behind the scenes' look at the professors trying to manage these situations. I hope you have a lot more nifty ideas to toss around.
Author's Response: Thanks! I think that we get far too little of the professors' POVs sometimes. While narrating from Harry's POV is great, we miss some of what's going on from the adults perspective... Hang in there, I've got more twists and turns coming up.
