Frog catching, lol. Fab. It seemed a wee bit staged in some parts, (only a wee bit though) i can't imagine Snape staying around in Toady's office for anymore than he had to not to mention he probably won't go to it at all, but demand that if she wanted to see him she would have to come to him. would like to have seen also a hint of what Snape was going to do with her. I read a story on her no long back bit like this where Snape began slipping potions into her drink at mealtimes and she had a breakdown, starting screeching about the voices hissing at her, it was wonderful. Anyway, thanks for th brill story. Cecilia.

Haha, I like the frog catching line.
Bandaging Harry's cut was very nice of Snape. Very nice!

Loved it! I love Snape defending Potter, finding something barbaric and doing something about it. This was well written deserves kudos.

Very nice portrayal of Snape. I found his attitude very convincing.

I find it extremely out of character that he'd suddenly become soft and cuddly after finding out, but at the same time, I've always felt that, nasty as he is, he does feel a real responsibility towards his students. You can taunt and torment them all you want, but Merlin help you if you lay so much as a finger on students in his care!

You did an excellent job striking a balance between snarkiness and sympathy. Nicely done!

Author's Response: Thanks! I know what you mean, I've read so many stories where he just seems to ... melt ... and I did my best not to let is happen here. It's wonderful to hear that I achieved it ^_^ Thanks again for all of your comments!
“Now is not the time for heroics. She won't last the year,” he said smirking, “I guarantee it.”

I like this Snape, Harry thought, now that they had a common enemy to fight against, rather then one another.

    “Leverage,” Harry muttered to himself.
Ah, the kid's getting smart!
“Just thinking about frog catching.”
Frog catching... snicker!

Author's Response: Thanks! Glad it was well received ^_^

Author's Response: Thanks very much, and my apologies for causing it to give you seven years bad luck. Thanks again for taking the time to review ^_^
