Really good! Draco is getting even more likable...but your Harry's due to do something really aweful. Pushing Draco up against the wall is just a teaser.

I really enjoyed the dinner table conversation. I think that it would be good if Harry shared the factthat he was originally Sorted Slytherin to Hermione and Ron. It might help them understand the way he reacts sometimes. Hermione was priceless in this chapter and Ron just plain surprised me. I would love to watch a chess game between him and Draco. It would probably either finish in 5 minutes or go on for days and I think its a toss-up as to which of them would win. Bravo!

    Author's Response:

Minutes because Draco would underestimate Ron.  Then hours, but Ron would still win.  ;)

Okay, so being a Yank, to our ears the word "bloody" doesn't mean anything; it holds none of the weighty, obscene connotations it does for the members of the UK.
That having been said, I must tell you that "twat"--here in the US--is the most horribly OBSCENE word for female privates that I know. As a woman, it has always given me a horrid shudder to hear it.
To hear Ginny use it, and now Draco, is the same to American ears, as if they had addressed the person as a "cunt" instead--only uglier. Is that the effect you're after?

    Author's Response:

OMG, that should be TWIT.  That's a genuinely unfortunate typo...
