Wow...this was so bittersweet...

Wow...just wow. This was so touching and real and...amazing! This really captured how HARD it would be to give up someone who, for all purposes, was your son. And how hard must it be to Severus? His father was his student and his kinda grandfather had been his worst ever enemy. This must have been so hard to write and yet you have, and you have written it so well. The end was just...well, let's just say my eyes aren't too dry anymore. This is one of the best fics I have ever read. Just...amazing.
