Now there's a plot twist for you, not only Snape, but Draco taking care of Harry. And Draco may tease Harry a bit, but is really very good to him. Very original!

Harry has a lot of anger and who can blame him? He gets the snot beat out of him and winds up with somebody he doesn't like or trust forcing him to accept their help. That said, I do admire Snape's dogged determination to do the right thing even if it isn't appreciated.

Finally I am getting around to reading this story! You just got to LOVE to HATE Vernon don't you? LOL! The man is a beast and I wanted to cheer when Harry stood up to him.

As your new beta works with you, make sure you note that "defiantly" is quite different from "definitely."
Since I didn't know what this movie was, this made almost no sense to me. I did like Draco's line about caffeine and popcorn being enough of a bribe to get him to watch a movie. But you have given no idea of why Snape would have a DVD or video player. You have him in a Manor--not Spinner's End--and wearing muggle clothing frequently, with no explanation for why this is.
I really liked the part of this where Snape gets Harry to talk by giving him a massage. It fit the requirements of the story really well and advanced the plot a lot.
It seems you are trying to have Draco's attitude toward Hermione and Ron a matter of Slytherin attitudes versus Gryffindor ones, but still don't feel that your approach is well justified by the story at this point.
Well, that's a nice cliffy ending! ;-)
