Totally wicked story! Its very under-standable just why Severus might not initially wish to claim young Harry as his biological son! After all he honestly believes that Harry
is a spoilt, arogant, rule-breaking troublemaker...and probably also thinks him a poor student as well. That Severus thinks that he and Harry (his son) have absolutely nothing in common....or at least his preconceived conceptions of his son Harry, and not the true Harry!
How will he react if/and when he learns just how Harry, spent his childhood with his mother's kin the Dursleys....also will Sirius react just how Lily predicted that they might..
but how will Remus, or Harry's friends take the news..or Harry's own reaction to the news?

Little does Severus know that a mind-blowing, earth-shattering event is going to happen! In the next chapter, I'll hazard a guess!
Really great story so far!! I must say that I don't shy away form violence and abuse of characters in these fanfictions, but your description of the torture Harry went through was "a mind-blowing, earth-shattering event" for me. And that's good! I like gory and I think you handled that chapter exceptionally well.
I just hope that for Severus that once he sees a broken Harry that he dosen't completly loose all characterization that makes him Severus and become a ball of fluff and love. That's all well and good, but he has to mean it. And Harry as well, he can't suddenly accept Snape as his father just because he was the one to save him and nurse him back to health. He has to go through the transformation and conflict of gaining Snape's trust and giving his own.
I'm very interested to see what Dumbledore's role in all of this will be and have no doubt that it will be less than awesome!
Can't wait for the next chapter!!
Just a question. I have read this story amoung many others, and i cannot remember what story I read that has harry singing rage against the machine. is this one it?
