Ooh, Snape's treading a fine line. Public semi-abuse, and Granger is bright enough to put two and two together... though it does make Snape look like a complete loon to hurt an 11 year old kid.

there is so much anger in this story it has my head spining. Snape is harming a child mentally and its just being over looked and allowed. I can't see how Dumbledore let Snape treat Harry like he did in front of his face and still is telling Harry he must stay at the school with snape being there. If no one will stand up and put a stop to Snapes mental abuse of Harry then Harry needs to run for his life even if he has to fight his way out of hogwarts with and without magic.

What a bastard! I can just see it - Snape is single-handedly turning Harry darker than Voldemort ever thought about being.

I just found this, and I'm begging for an update! I love Rules of the Game, and I'm just as addicted to this one :) Your characterizatins are spot-on, and your Snape really makes me want to boot him in the arse (all the better for when he realizes what he's done!). Thanks for sharing your genius, and please please please give us another chapter soon!

Oh, that will teach Dumbledore - that manipulative old bastard! Is Snape ever going to put it all together and stop thinking with his head up his fundament?
I'm really enjoying this fic so far, but you posted the same chapter twice. Any chance that you have another chappie hidden in the bowels of your computer?

This is a wonderful story. I hope you keep writing it, because I've really enjoyed seeing Snape as a complete bastard. Harry is wonderful in this, and I'm looking forward to seeing how he deals with his kidnapping and what effects the whole thing has on his Sorting and beyond. Much obliged for the enjoyable read!

Wonderfull first two chapters. I can't wait to read more and find out how you're going to show Snape realising the truth about Harry. I hope he comes to be a father to him.
