I'm certain I've read this story before, but it was definitely worthy of a reread. The progression in Snape and Harry's relationship was delightful to see. I really love this tale - so much.

Wahh I can't believe it's over 😭 so sweet and uniquely told!
I loved reading your story. It made my throat get a little tight several times. I could also see while reading the story how much your writing improved from the beginning to the end. I am much looking forward to the sequel!!
Wonderful story. Great job.
Awwwww. What a wonderful end to a fantastic story. I hope there's a sequel . . .
WOW!! Great story and what a great way to end it too! I hope I can find the sequel! :)

this is one of my favorite guardian fics i have ever read... especially since this is your first fanfic. congradulations!
i loved it very very sweet cant w8 to read the sequel!!! :)
Wow!
I have to say, I was fangirling - It should be an actual word any day now - the instant I realized that the second word was "Father". Granted, I couldn't help but awe, when Snape found the picture. Too adorable.
Alright, so I read your commentary and, amazingly, I did not catch the continuity issue when I first read it. (Granted, I was reading fast) Anyway, I have no idea HOW to fix it so that Harry could fix the sheets without saying an incantation, or embarrassing himself, so I'm turning a blind eye.
I love how you captured an abused child. Granted, I thought there were points where he seemed a tad to teary-eyed - as compared to the canon character - but it is more characteristic of someone who experienced severe neglect/emotional abuse. (I've done my research) And I like how you showed the slow - and painful process - of connecting with someone like that and getting them to "heal".
Some chapters felt a little rushed, sometimes a tense error, but all in all, a very good story.
