Hehe, this was a great chapter. Lots of emotion which was awesome. I like how Snape sorta changed his mind about "dumping" Harry once he rescued him. :)
Aww he gave Harry a toy. :) Bout time the kid had something to be happy about. I can see the anger building in Snape or maybe that's just the protectiveness growing in him. Nice Job so far!

Where to start? I love it. The relations between your Dumbledore and Snape are amazing. you've done something that many an author has tried and failed miserably at--I don't know what that something is, but, whatever it is it's real. Just like the relationship between Harry and Snape, and your wonderfully written Annalee. I can't help but want for more, eventhough I am content with what I've recieved. My hat comes off to you, Congradulations.
I love love love love LOVE this story! It was the very first Severitus I read on ffn and I'm thrilled to see that you've posted it here as well. As I remember, this was only two chapters on ffn -- I like that you've shortened the two sections into several chapters. I am happy to see that you've joined us here and I hope that this also means that you might be continuing the 'Mine' saga :D
