I love this story, I do. You are a fantastic writer. Harry does come off as self-centered in his need to "always know". Gryffindor ought to be known as that House of "busy-bodies".

I swear that Snape must have the patience of a saint having to deal with a son who keeps breaking the promises he makes to his own father.

And, Hermione? Gods I am so mad at her I want to spit teeth!

This story is fabulous. The length and quality of the writing is simply astounding. Thanks to the print as a whole feature I was able to make an audiobook out of it, and it made over 80 hours of excellent enjoyment. I actually had several very late nights listening and am currently running on very little sleep. I know there is supposed to be a sequel and as soon as I post this I'll go looking for it. I am amazed at the complexity of the plot, character development, and humour. Often, I was chortling aloud at the funny bits. The horror scenes were very well done - Sambain (how do you spell it?) was gruesome and heart-wrenching, as was the abduction at the end. I admit there isn't a shred of Slytherin in me as I was afraid Draco was cowed and didn't pick up on his scheme at all. I can't say there was one piece of this story I didn't like, except that it is now over.

You are very good at writing conversation. You make it sound so natural yet not boring even during monologues

Really living this story so far. The relationship between Draco and Harry is quite in character and the end of this chapter just sort of tops it all
