I find myself seething at Snape - I want to yell at him, too!

I think this is my 4th or 5th read of this wonderful fic.
I have easily read over a hundred Harry Potter fics and A Year Like None Other is my 5th favorite Harry Potter fic of all time (I have a list!). Whenever anyone asks for a Severitus fic, this is the fic that I ALWAYS recommend. I absolutely loved this fic.
When I was reading this fic, I talked about it CONSTANTLY to my husband. He got curious and read it as well. He has been reading HP fanfiction ever since. This was the fic that got him started.
Your Snape was absolutely spot on perfect. It had to be the best I've ever read and I judge all Snape characterizations in fanfiction by yours here. I loved the inclusion of Draco and his relationship with Harry. Excellent work!

This story is my absolutely all-time favorite Harry Potter fanfiction. It's so amazingly done and original that I don't even think of it as a fanfic, but as a story on its own. After reading this and the rest of the series, I find it difficult to believe in any other Snape/Harry relationships but this one. Thank you so much for providing readers with such an incredible, heartwarming, beautiful story.
I would have started an applause after he punched that idiot. :D
I'm glad Harry realised what he was doing was an addiction. This thing with the needles made me unconfortable since I know people who used to cut themselves. :(
This was another incredible chapter. Draco proved himself a terrific brother when after that whole painful dinner, he was still able to come up to Severus and argue that not only had Harry been right in insisting Hermione be told, but that she and Ron should be taken into their inner circle. Well done!
"Well, she cares for you TOO" gives the game away, Severus! Love this story!
I love this story. I love this series. I am sorry the domain "skyehawke" disappeared (or should I say "Disapparated") on you. You could do worse than to place A FAMILY LIKE NONE OTHER here at Potions and Snitches...and it would be appreciated, too. Not to mention re-build an audience for you, since new chapters would bring the AYLNO series to a whole new set of readers. Something to think about! And in the meantime, here's another "10".

Oh Lord, I'm hardly halfway through. I have to say, you do an exceptional job of keeping a readers interest! As soon as something SEEMS resolved, you throw something else in to spice it up again. I have to say I'm rather impressed. Now, if only Ron and Hermione can start acting like the adults I know them to be growing into.
